  Received terrible customer service by their staff on 3rd of Feb 2017. Alana has no smile on her face, no greetings and when said thank you at the end of the transaction 4 times she even did not bother to say welcome and simply looked towards other customer and said next. No ethics of customer service at all. The team member Alana seem to be not in good mood at all, either she was not happy with her job or she does not like my skin colour. Either way terrible experience.

  Purchased several items from Harris Scarfe, they have a good selection of products and the store is easy to navigate. Staff are friendly when checking out.

  Pricing is ok, but what lets them down is the responsiveness staff have to calls for assistance at the checkout to help the only operator.
