  called to see if a product was in stock and was hung up on after being "on hold" ie. listening to store surroundings. the store itself could do with some tlc compared to others in the country

  Switchboard connects me to a number that then rings out. Called again ad connects me to a number that is not in service and terminates call. Poor customer service!

  Asked the lady if any other stores had the item I was after, she said no they are all gone. A quick 2 min call to the civic store by myself and im on the way now to go pick up the item that they DO have in stock.... thanks alot for nothing useless lazy lady in myer Belconnen. Customer service in top floor myer Belconnen = do it yourself...

  Could Myer management try calling the Belconnen store - (02 6176 1871). I've tried 11 times this morning and can't get ANYONE to answer. It's always the same - no staff ANYWHERE How can you expect a store with no staff to sell anything. More stuff walks out the door that is paid for I'm sure.
