  I was advised by HP support to have my power cord checked by a computer technician. After visiting HP Enterprise in Belconnen (who had moved but failed to update their location online) and visiting another computer outlet, I arrived at Jaycar Electronics.

  Old dude cranky about me returning an obviously shite and faulty $100 quadcopter. Made me feel like I was some kind of criminal. I was surprised by this. I don't think I'll come back ever.

  Everyone regardless of technical knowledge levels are extremely helpful and try their best, there is no arrogance nor disinterest so I'm rating them highly.

  The plus is there are in fact a couple of extremely knowledgeable people who really spend time with you to assist. I've not spent any time on electronics for 30 years but now getting back into it I needed some help and they went all out.

  The assistant there was the only one who was able to help me. He checked the power cord which was working and also unpacked and tried a new one on my computer. Thank you for your obliging and efficient help.

  I agree with some of the negative feedback as some staff here are utterly useless when it comes to technical stuff which can get a little tedious given this is in fact an electronics store. When the people there don't even have a clue what they actually sell it does get a little frustrating.
