They usually have in stock what I need. Staff aren't really that helpful although occasionally you'll get a staff member that is willing to assist. Prices are usually fairly good.

Was walking around looking to find parts when a lovely young lady (wish I could remember her name) asked if I needed help and took me to the parts I needed and confirmed I had the right ones. Nothing was a problem as she knew where to look.

Finally a car parts place where it's easy to find staff & staff who actually sound like they know what they are on about. Huge store, good staff, parking was a breeze. Happy customer... hope the car runs better now...
