  On another visit staff member in lighting gave incorrect advice about replacement bulbs for a tactic bathroom device - resulting in need for a return visit to exchange wrong pieces.

  I like very much going there. As well as being a place for interesting and practical items I find the staff generate good vibes by going out of their way to help, being pleasant, and generous with their knowledge. Don't find that level of service at all other places...in fact it's almost rare. I like that Bunnings employs a mixture of good staff and a noticeable number of older staff who you can tell love being there. Good on you Bunnings.

  Cafe staff were not friendly very blunt and bad attitude. The coffee was terrible, tasted burnt! First time we’ve been to the cafe there and definitely won’t be back.

  My experience is the older staff are terrible, gave me incorrect details about a product, walked off aswell by mumbling then never came back. If you dont want to work there anymore cash in your super and rack off is my advice, dont screw it up for the community!

  Attendant in the paint shop enjoyed a long casual chat with a couple of customers while the queue of people waiting grew lengthier. Friendly service is all well and good but you need to keep it moving guys.

  Service desk staff member gave incorrect advice about availability of home delivery option. Another (floor walking) staff member wasn't even aware of that option "I've only been here 2 days".
