  I was at Godfrey Belconnen today 30.4.17 at 2.15pm and was served by Michael. I feel I have to write something as his service, manner and voice exude energy. He sounded like someone who is keen to help. I had spoken to Michael over phone at 12.00 noon about a broken agitator power head belt. He was pleasant and assured me that he could fix the problem and would so as quickly as possible. When I was at the shop, he was serving 2 customers. I was able to observe his sales manner, and honest approach without being pushy. He was able to communicate clearly to the customers and I am sure the two customers felt good leaving the shop. When I came back to collect the power head later, Michael was busy but he he was equally polite and explained what he had done and even did a touch up cleaning of the powerhead.

  I felt that I could purchase something more just because I felt good with his service. It is not common to have service with a smile that genuinely convey that the sales person is there to provide a service and not just a quick sale. I shall certainly give his service 5 stars for helpfulness, manner of speech and facial expression. I wish all sales people can be like Michael. This is only the second time I have written a commendation after a sales purchase. The encounter was short but the impression he left lasted longer. Would I return to the shop - most definitely if he works there .
