  We held my partner's 31st birthday party here, and the service was impeccable! Dave was our party host and he and his team did everything they could to make our night flow perfectly. They were flexible with food, payment, (multiple) attendance changes, and the party schedule throughout the whole experience.

  Dave and his team genuinely cared that we were well taken care of throughout the evening. I didn't have to worry about anything! It was such a fun time and there was something there for everyone. I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone looking for a well-catered party that keeps you entertained the whole way through. Thank you heaps to the iPlay Belconnen team! It was an awesome experience.

  Staff were not rude or unpleasant, but a number of the machines weren't working, the cars needed batteries, and the card kept failing. Overall, the value for money is not great.

  I think it was not a horrific place and it definitely was not a ripoff. In fact in my opinion and everyone else is sure to agree with this, that i play was a truly terrific place and is the #1 spot for parties,important dates, school activites, holiday family fun and a safe zone for kids to hang out.

  We opted for the iPlay Mega Party package for a group of 11 adults and two kids. We added on one game of bowling and one appetizer platter. It was more than enough food and they happily wrapped up leftovers for us to take home. They also gave my partner a special gift for his birthday and extra time to play arcade games.
