  The manager is rude and won't refund customers for his own mistakes. The staff on the other hand are all absolutely fantastic, and we have never had a problem as long as the manager isn't there

  Never send express post from here it always takes 3 day, why am I paying express prices, shocking :( and they've lost 2 letters as well so bad

  They rejected my daughter's passport photos few times even though guidelines were followed correctly (Believe me, I am a photographer). But then when i got my daughter's photo taken from them, they accepted it. I compared their photo with the photo that they rejected it, It was exactly the same. I showed it to them as well. I asked them why they rejected it even though it exactly the same as the one they took, they had no answer for it. Guy literally fumbled to answer it . Seems like they want people to pay them for passport photo. They don't like people who bring their own photos.
