  Please inform your applicants if you dont consider their applications and please in the world just tell them that you will be holding 10 inspections for the same house and get like 300 applications for 1 house and still do nothing, I feel sorry for the owner of the units and homes who go through them, it’s a pain when u have to leave your property vacant because of some unprofessional people working on it...

  Just wasted my time with these guys will never and ever visit any inspection with Badenoch Real estate ever in my life, and will never do any business with them and they do not even notify their applicant of their application outcome seems like they taking people’s personal information only and storing it. Visited 3 property last week on the weekend with them and applied all of them and didn’t ever hear anything,

  These people are a joke. They managed my property and made it a nightmare from start to finish. I was glad to be rid of them. Their mistakes were endless and the management team are arrogant and rude. Overpriced and outdated. There are other great agencies in Canberra who do a far better job.

  These people are a joke, they don’t value people and their time, just ignorant and rude, I never had a problem of renting before and have a very good history of renting with full bond refund each and every time,

  Avoid. Visited open house with over 30 other people. Applied for a property, supplied substantial documentation. Waited a week, send email asking how application was progressing. No reply. Sent another email to property manager explaining that it was currently without a permanent place to stay and needed to know if application was unsuccessful so I could take time off work to view other properties. No reply. They hosted yet another viewing the following weekend and the following Thursday let me know application was unsuccessful. A full 12 days after original application. Complete waste of time. Both tenants and landlords would be wise to avoid this level of incompetently.

  But these people are like who the hell these people are whoever comes for the inspection they hold an inspection for a same house like 5-6 times and have like 10-15 people each and every time who take their time to come and see the property for them and their beloved ones but surprisingly no one gets the property, no idea what in the world they are after, I believe only a person to get approved in their property would be the prime minister or a president..
