  Had mixed feelings about my first visit over the weekend. Our food was great with excellent value for money without needing to sacrifice the quality of the food. Would love to go back and try different meals HOWEVER unfortunately the overall service we received was far from acceptable. It was very evident that the young teenage waiters needed more training.

  My first visit (a few months back) was not the most ideal one. But I thought of giving Rashays another visit. I have been there twice since my first visit and each time the service has been awesome.

  At the time of payment it seemed as though only one inexperienced staff member was available at 1 of 3 registers and she was quickly overwhelmed by a group of 10 people who all wanted to split payment. This slowed the process of payments to an unacceptable pace yet it took a different customer to lose his patience before another staff member was called in to help. Again this showed how little training the staff have had as they did not know what to do in a difficult but common situation.

  On this occasion the service let the restaurant down, I hope this will be taken as constructive feedback as I would love to bring friends here to enjoy a meal.

  Eat here regularly ... most of the time good experience, however sometimes we experienced not very good customer service. I reckon that happens due to either under staff or inexperienced staffing issues. If the business secures a great customers experience during the trading hour, then I will be proud to bring my guest's as well without any hesitation. Good food.

  We were seated in a prime location for well over 15min before I could make eye contact with a worker to place our order, very little workers were available for service and those who were weren't paying attention to their surroundings.
