  One of the employees kept on dropping my kitchen supplies while she was ringing up my groceries. I constantly had to pick up the items and she wasn't even apologetic about it. Since I was too busy picking up items I didn't realize how she packed the groceries. She put my eggs in the bag upside down then placed a heavy metal bowl on top of the eggs. By the time I got home 3 out of my 12 eggs were broken. It might have broken because of the packing of the bag or because she carelessly put my basket sideways so she can take everything out and didn't notice that I had eggs in the basket. I'm not amused as it messed up my day and I hardly post complaints but she was not nice even though I tried to be.

  Its a woolies, its okay. Sometimes the prices are cheaper at woolies, however the Coles across from it just has a more inviting store presence.
