  The best travel agency in Canberra! All the staff there are super helpful and friendly. I have been organizing all my trips there for the past 4 years and they never disappoint me. It saves me a lot of trouble! I never have to worry about anything! A very responsible agency as well— they always make sure I understand everything before departure. Thank you very much Helloworld Belconnen I’m able enjoy my trips to the fullest. Highly recommend them!

  We have been going to Hello World to book our travel for years. Wendy booked our trip to Europe and the experience was excellent. Her attention to detail and wonderful customer service ensured that our holiday was well planned and that we secured the best rates possible.   Always love booking my holidays through Helloworld at Belconnen. The staff there are friendly and extremely knowledgeable about travel destinations and logistics. Most recently they organised a Europe trip with a large group of friends - can't imagine how we could have done it without them!

  We had been planning a holiday to Europe and Thailand, when on the day we planned to fly out my father became very ill. We contacted Wendy and arranged new flights to see him. Sadly he died the next day. Wendy then, at our request, cancelled the Europe leg of our trip, (which included internal flights, ferries and accommodation) re-booked Thailand and got refunds for as much as she could. At that time, we would not have been able to do any of that ourselves. What Wendy had organised for us in Chiang Mai was great. Her experience, knowledge and thoughtfulness made a very sad time much better. We have been booking our travels with Wendy for many years and will continue to do for many more.
