    Really good experience ordering a bike from these guys. Bike was packed really well and arrived really quickly. It went together with no problems. Great communication throughout. Well done to Tyson and the team at BB. Will be ordering again soon. The bike is an absolute blast.

    Not only did I receive the parts I ordered amazingly fast via post, but I also received a hand written thank you note and a Backbone DVD free of charge, can't get much better customer service than that!

    Great service, ordered a frame and it was packed very well and the delivery was pretty quick. Communication was awesome even without chatting to them once over the phone. Constant updates on when package left and with the tracking service you knew where the package was and the probable delivery day was correct. Received some decals as well as a hand written post card on what my purchase meant to them.
