  Hit and miss place. Love that its open late night, but service is rather inconsistent. However, I have seen an overall improvement in the place - the cleanliness has improved and the staff are now pleasant most of the time. Just, when it gets full, staff still cannot cope and then starts the 30 min wait for a coffee. Also, I have had a 'hot drinks are unavailable' situation more than once.

  Very slow service. I waited 30mins for my hot chocolate. People that order after me all received there orders. I paid extra for marshmallows and whipped cream and they didn't put it on. We also asked for water and didn't get any. Worst customer service and menu was over priced.

  Oh for the love of chocolate!!!! This place has never disappointed where chocolate delights are concerned. However I had to knock out a star where service and cleanliness is concerned. We had to get our tables wiped down twice and we were still sticky .... way too sticky after that. If you are ready to ignore sticky!!!!! Then this place is a perfect for you.

  Extremely poor customer service! Never seen such bad customer service. I give one star for I always enjoy Italian thick hot choco and tutti frutti waffle. Apart from that I wouldn't give a star at all!

  Very poor customer service. After 40 minutes of waiting for our order, I approached staff for a refund. I was told they are just starting it and it will take 3 minutes, if it takes 3 minutes then why did we have to wait for 40? It was noticeably clear they had forgotten about our order as they served others who ordered after us. If you like max brenner, than don't go to the Belconnen one. They don't deserve to be there.
