  If u could give no stars there would be a no star rating here. Dropped in $10,000 worth of chainsaws near brand new n they offerd 600 saying unfortunately we know there worth more. How ever we also need to make money on them n basically im going to take advantage of the situation your in n low ball u n offer u a price u will take coz your doing it tough. Absolutely disgusting and like other comments sell private as the time waiting will be worth more than what these arrogant people will offer. Disgusting is the only word i could describe the experience and no where near fair. ... not even close insulting is as close as they get.

  Unlike stupid comments below i understand its a businesses and they must make profit. Excellent to get you out of trouble a day or 2 before payday. Dont go in thinking ull get what u payed for your items. Max they will give is 65% off rrp for mint cond. Just remember everything is secong hand u cant get what u payed for it. General rule is half it and anymore is a bonus

  awesome service and unlike the other idiotic reviews i am aware and understand the process involved with buying second hand goods. Have never felt ripped off. appreciate the option being available if anything .
