  Was in 15 minutes before 5 o'clock and wanted to upgrade my plan. They told me it was a quick 10 minute process to upgrade, but they would not do it because they 'wanted to go home'. As a salesperson I feel this is incredibly bad service, especially when the customer is providing very clear buying signals.

  Belconnen Telstra is the best Telstra shop I have ever dealt with. I now have my private & business mobiles/internet/Office phone with them. Greg has always offered wonderful service & nothing is a problem. Time management is excellent and you can shop/have a coffee while you wait instead of lining up in a queue.

  Store goes above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. I've had great service from Luke, nothing was a problem. Its a nice change to have a great retail experience. :-)

  Request for ADSL account churn still incomplete 3 months after initial request. Forced to transfer Foxtel account as part of the deal (which I dint want) was processed in days. Hours wasted on many phone calls trying to sot the mess out. 5 visits to store trying to sort it out. Never return phone calls. Lots of promises but no delivery. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Telstra are hopeless.
