  We we're served by someone named Bec. The rudest person I've ever met. We asked about our options i.e. what plans they offer and she said that they only have ONE option?? We were confused so I had to read through the plans myself and explained each of them to my friend who wanted to get an iphone x. I basically did her job. And when it was time to sign the contract she told me to sit at the back while she goes through the contract with my friend. My friend needed me there and who is she to tell me what I should do? She was not helpful and she seemed like she hated her job. We jokingly asked for a free phone case and she said with a stern face "we don't give free cases here". Don't bother coming here or if you have no choice just avoid Bec, she's just a nasty person

  Not sure why there's so many bad reviews of this place. Came in with my wife to take advantage of a sim card deal for new customers. Had to wait a bit as it was pretty busy, not the stores fault. I noticed one lady wanted the store rep to do something she wasnt authorized to do, and when she repeatedly told the women she couldn't do it the woman threw a bit of a tantrum, again not the store's fault. When it was our turn our associate was kind, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Got what we wanted and went on our way. Good experience.

  Go on the internet to find their number, call them and their automated answering service sends you back to the internet. I want to talk to a human being but apparently that's not possible. If their website worked i would have no worries looking at it but it also sends you in circles. This is not a good way to get new customers
